Example Account Recovery Email

Shows an example of the system-generated email sent to the previous owner of a Patch My PC Cloud Company when a different user successfully completes the Recover Your Company process

When a user successfully completes the Recover Your Company process, an email is sent to the previous owner (the current user holding the Full Admin with Access Management user role), of the Patch My PC (PMPC) Company containing details of:

• The name of the company

• The name of the user who completed the recovery and who has now been granted the Full Admin with Access Management user role.

• When the recovery took place.

The email is sent from the [e-mail] mailbox with the subject Access Recover to “PMPC_company_name>.
