# Publish a Custom App

*Applies to: Patch My PC Cloud Custom Apps*

Once our on-premises Publisher has been connected and a Custom App has been created, the Publisher can now Publish the Custom App.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note**

If you are using Intune Apps for Cloud, you should follow the [Create a Custom App](/patch-my-pc-cloud/custom-apps/create-a-custom-app.md) process instead.
{% endhint %}

## Publish a Custom App to ConfigMgr

1. Open the previously connected Publisher

2. Navigate to the ConfigMgr Apps or Intune Apps tab

3. Notice the "All Custom Products" treeview. Open the dropdown to reveal the newly created custom app.
