Reject an Access Request

How to reject a user's request to access your Patch My PC Cloud portal

To reject an access request:

  1. Click the red X in the Action column beside the access request you want to reject.

  2. On the Are you sure you want to reject <user_name> access request dialog box, click Yes to confirm your rejection.

    The PMPC Portal auto-refreshes to the Pending Approval tab to show the user’s request has been rejected, and the Success - Request rejected notification is shown.
