If you encounter any issues with Patch My PC (PMPC) Cloud and need to contact us:
In the header area of the portal, click the "?" and select Contact Support.
Complete the Contact Support dialog box (attaching any files where relevant), then click Send.
Important
Please verify the From address is valid, as this is the email address we will use to contact you.
The Message sent notification is shown.
A Support Engineer will contact you at the provided email address as soon as possible.
