Manage Your Patch My PC Cloud License Key

You can perform the following management-related tasks for your Patch My PC (PMPC) Cloud License Key:

• View your License Key

• Copy your License Key

• Activate a new License

• Use a Different License Key

To perform any of these tasks:

1. Sign in to the Cloud Portal.

2. Navigate to Settings | Subscription

View your License Key

To view your current PMPC Cloud license key, click the eye icon:

Your full license key will then be shown:

Copy your License Key

To copy your current PMPC Cloud license key, click the license key.

The Success - License Key copied notification is shown.

Note

Only user accouts granted the following roles can copy license keys:

• Full Admin With Access Management

• Full Admin

• Intune App Admin

Activate a new License

To activate a license key for a new company:

1. Click the pencil icon beside the License Key field.

1. Paste/type the license key into the Enter License Key field, then click Activate Now.

The You have successfully activated your license screen is displayed, which you can click Close on to dismiss.

The License Key field updates to show the newly activated license.

Use a Different License Key

To enter a different license key:

1. Click the pencil icon beside the License Key field.

The License Screen is shown, providing details of your current license.

To enter a new license key, paste/type it into the Enter License Key field, then click Activate Now

Note

If you have already activated a different license key, it will show under the Use Existing License section. To switch to a different key, click the relevant license followed by Select which will switch your Cloud Company to use this License Key.

The You have successfully activated your license screen is displayed, which you can click Close on to dismiss.

The License Key field updates to show the newly activated license.
