View App Set Details

Once you have created an App Set, you can click on it to open its properties page.

The properties page shows more detailed information about the App Set, including:

  • Icons - Icons for the first five apps in the App Set

  • Status - An aggregated deployment status for the App Set

  • Customers – The number of customers belonging to the App Set

  • Applications – The number of applications within the App Set

  • Date Created – The date the App Set was created

  • Last Modified – The date the App Set was last modified.

Clicking Edit allows you to Edit the App Set.

Note

Only App Sets with a Status of Success can be edited.

Clicking Delete allows you to Delete the App Set.

Clicking More Info at the bottom of the property page displays the Deployment Info page, which gives a breakdown by each customer within the App Set of the deployment status of the apps within the App Set:

  • Green means Success

  • Yellow means In progress

  • Red means Failed

Clicking a specific row expands it to show more details for each app within the App Set for the specific customer.

From this window, you can click Assignment List.

Clicking “Assignment List”

This will show the list of assignments defined for this App Set for this customer.

Note

The deployment Status automatically updates when viewed from the Deployment Info section of the App Set’s properties. You do not need to refresh the Portal.
