The Home page of Advanced/Patch Insights for Intune shows key statistics from your environment and is split into the following sections:

Statistics
The top row of the Home page is called Statistics and displays information about the PMPC Client (Client) and apps within your environment.
The device list modal for statistics contains the following information:
Clients deployed
Each device the Client has been deployed to, including:
Computer name
The name of the user signed in at the time the client completed collecting inventory.
The version of the Client the device is running.
Manufacturer
Model.
Total system applications
The applications installed in the SYSTEM context in your environment, including the app title, publisher, and number of instances found.
Total user applications
The applications installed in any user profiles, including the app title, publisher, and number of instances found.
Total browser extensions
The Firefox, Chrome, and Edge browser extensions installed in your environment, including the title of the extension and the number of instances found.
Charts
The Charts section of the Home page contains the following charts:
Client Information
By version of the different Client versions running in your environment.
Windows Versions
Of the different versions of Windows running in your environment.
Windows SKUs
Of the different Windows SKUs running in your environment.
Device Specs
Of the different device manufacturers running in your environment.

Compliance
The final section on the Home page shows compliance data for each device against the Patch My PC catalog, allowing you to evaluate compliance for all updates in our catalog and whether they are deployed.

The compliance list includes details of the catalog version used by the client and how up-to-date this is.
Clicking an individual record shows the Device view for that Client with the Patch My PC Updates tab selected, which lists both the updates required and installed on the device from both the Microsoft Updates service and the Patch My PC Catalog.
Other tabs on the Devices view are:
General
General information about the device, such as the client version number, domain, when both hardware and software inventory were last run, model, serial number, and others.
Microsoft Updates
A list of the Microsoft Updates that are required and have been installed on this device.
Hardware
Various hardware-related information for the selected device.
