Connect Publisher to Patch My PC Cloud section of Patch My PC Publisher

The Connect Publisher to Patch My PC Cloud section of the Cloud tab in Patch My PC (PMPC) Publisher is used to connect Publisher to your PMPC Cloud Company.

Important

The process for connecting Publisher to your PMPC Cloud Company is detailed in the Add a Publisher Connection section of Add a Connection in Patch My PC Cloud

Once Publisher has been successfully connected to your PMPC Cloud Company, its connection will be shown under Settings | Connections in the PMPC Cloud Portal, with the connection Type shown as Publisher.

Disconnect button

Clicking the Disconnect button removes the active connection between Publisher and the PMPC Cloud Company.

After disconnecting, Cloud-based features such as Custom Apps and Application Migration are no longer available until Publisher is reconnected.

Test Connection button

Clicking the Test Connection button verifies connectivity and authentication between Publisher and the connected PMPC Cloud Company without changing the current connection state.

The results of the test are shown in the Cloud Connection Test dialog box.
