# Why is the “Add Group” button unavailable on the “Available Groups” page of the Cloud portal?

*Applies to: Patch My PC Cloud*

### SYMPTOMS

I am trying to add a new Entra ID Security Group to the Patch My PC (PMPC) Cloud portal, but after clicking the **Add Group** button on the **Users** page, the **Add Group** button is greyed out on the **Available Groups** page.

### CAUSE

This can occur if:

* You have not selected the checkbox beside at least one group.
* If the number of groups you have selected would take you over the current limit of being allowed to add a total of ten Entra ID Security Groups to your PMPC Cloud company.

### RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, ensure you:

* Select at least one group.
* Haven’t selected a total of groups that would take you over the current ten-group limit. You may need to rethink how you structure your group membership in Entra ID.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.patchmypc.com/patch-my-pc-cloud/troubleshoot/users/why-is-the-add-group-button-unavailable-on-the-available-groups-page-of-the-cloud-portal.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
