# Why do I see the "Missing Intune permissions" banner in Patch My PC Cloud?

*Applies to: Patch My PC Cloud*

### SYMPTOMS

Why does the **Missing Intune permissions detected. Reconnect Intune to restore full functionality** banner appear in the Patch My PC (PMPC) Cloud Portal?

<figure><img src="/files/5f1Nyucox4mXZl7jot6d" alt="&#x27;Missing Intune permissions detected. Reconnect Intune to restore full functionality&#x27; banner" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### CAUSE

Every hour, PMPC Cloud checks that the [Permissions required for Intune Apps](/patch-my-pc-cloud/technical-references/cloud-permissions-reference/permissions-required-for-intune-apps.md) are present.

If one or more of these permissions are missing, you will see the banner shown above at the top of the Cloud Portal.

### RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, click **Reconnect** to [reconnect your Company](/patch-my-pc-cloud/manage/settings/connections/reconnect-connection.md) to your Intune tenant, which will grant the required permissions in your Intune tenant so that your PMPC Cloud Company functions correctly.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.patchmypc.com/patch-my-pc-cloud/troubleshoot/intune-apps/why-do-i-see-the-missing-intune-permissions-banner-in-patch-my-pc-cloud.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
