# Example Cloud Account Recovery Email

*Applies to: Patch My PC Cloud*

Whenever a user successfully completes the [Recover Your Company](https://docs.patchmypc.com/patch-my-pc-cloud/manage/manage-settings/company-settings/recover-your-cloud-company) process, an email is sent to the previous owner (the current user holding the **Full Admin with Access Management** user role), of the Patch My PC (PMPC) Company containing details of:

* The name of the company
* The name of the user who completed the recovery and who has now been granted the **Full Admin with Access Management** user role.
* When the recovery took place.

The email is sent from the <noreply@patchmypc.com> mailbox with the subject **Access Recover to “PMPC\_*****company\_name*****>**.
