# Example Cloud Access Rejected Email

*Applies to: Patch My PC Cloud*

Whenever a user’s request to join your company on Patch My PC (PMPC) Cloud is rejected, an email is automatically sent to that user.

This email contains details of the company they requested access to. The email is sent from the <noreply@patchmypc.com> mailbox with the subject **Access Denied “*****\<your\_company\_name>***”.
