# Reject a Cloud Access Request

*Applies to: Patch My PC Cloud*

To reject an access request in Patch My PC (PMPC) Cloud:

1. Click the red **X** in the **Action** column beside the access request you want to reject.<br>

2. On the **Reject request from "<*****user\_name*****>"** dialog box, enter an optional **Reason for Deny** then, click **Submit** to confirm your rejection.<br>

   The portal auto-refreshes to the **Pending Approval** tab to show the user’s request has been rejected, and the **Success - Request rejected** notification is shown.<br>
