# Test a Microsoft Teams Webhook Notification in Cloud

*Applies to: Patch My PC Cloud*

You can test a Microsoft Teams (Teams) webhook notification from Patch My PC (PMPC) Cloud both at the time it is created and afterward.

### Testing a Teams webhook notification at the time of creation

1. Follow the [Create a Microsoft Teams Webhook Notification](https://docs.patchmypc.com/patch-my-pc-cloud/manage/manage-settings/manage-cloud-notifications/create-a-microsoft-teams-webhook-notification-in-cloud) process.
2. Once you have entered and saved the webhook URL, click the small envelope beside the webhook URL (![](https://3773699522-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-MX7dvS0r_4fc0AikgJS%2Fuploads%2Fxf8HI9He9w4GO5gATVFh%2Fimage.png?alt=media\&token=7e292d89-fcce-4f5a-8a2c-bc779c834575)) to send a test message.

The Cloud Portal will send a test Teams notification and display the **Success - Test webhook has been sent** notification.

If your Teams webhook is valid, the test notification appears in the configured channel:

### Testing a Teams webhook notification after it has been created

1. Follow the [Modify a Notification](https://docs.patchmypc.com/patch-my-pc-cloud/manage/manage-settings/manage-cloud-notifications/modify-a-cloud-notification) process and select the relevant Teams notification you want to test.
