Reject a Cloud Access Request

Applies to: Patch My PC Cloud

To reject an access request in Patch My PC (PMPC) Cloud:

  1. Click the red X in the Action column beside the access request you want to reject.

  2. On the Reject request from "<user_name>" dialog box, enter an optional Reason for Deny then, click Submit to confirm your rejection.

    The portal auto-refreshes to the Pending Approval tab to show the user’s request has been rejected, and the Success - Request rejected notification is shown.
